I'd send a note thanking them once again for allowing you to present to them and that you, like them are very optimistic about a mutually beneficial working relationship. Let them know that you remain at there service and that you would love to meet the CEO to answer answer any of his / her questions and to assist in the presentation to the CEO (after all, you have answers they may not have). Wait a couple of days until your note has been received then call your contact and ask for a follow up meeting with him / her and the CEO to make sure everyone is on the same page and to make sure you fully understand any concern the CEO may have. Get that meeting and at that meeting recap what you discussed with your original contacts, the challenges you discovered, the conclusions you reached and then ask him if he has any concerns that you may have missed. If so, find out what they are and address them. Happy selling & Good Luck

Re: The Perfect Follow Up

Good day sir! here's the situation. last 2 weeks, we present the product for our customer.
